DIGITAL PRODUCT REFUND POLICY

OVERVIEW

This refund policy applies to digital ebook products sold by Mush Kitchen. By purchasing our digital products, you agree to this refund policy and the terms outlined below.

DIGITAL PRODUCT NATURE

Our ebooks are delivered electronically and are non-tangible, non-returnable goods. As such, they are non-refundable except under limited circumstances, outlined below.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL WAIVER FOR DIGITAL CONTENT

For customers in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, and similar jurisdictions:
Under consumer protection laws, you may typically have a 14-day "cooling off" period during which you can withdraw from a digital purchase.

However, by purchasing and accessing our ebook, you expressly acknowledge and agree to:

  • The immediate delivery of the digital content.

  • The loss of your right to withdraw from the purchase once the download or access has started.

You consent to this waiver by clicking “I agree” at checkout and proceeding with the download.

REFUND ELIGIBILITY

Refunds will only be considered under the following exceptional circumstances:

  1. Technical Access Issues: You are unable to access or download the ebook due to technical issues, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 7 business days.

  2. Incorrect File Received: You were sent the wrong ebook and did not receive the product you purchased.

  3. Duplicate Purchases: You accidentally purchased the same ebook more than once in the same transaction window.

Please note: We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incompatibility with your device (please ensure your device supports PDF or ePub formats before purchasing)

  • Perceived lack of value or satisfaction with the content

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

  • Your full name and email address used at checkout

  • Your order number

  • Date of purchase

  • A detailed explanation of the issue

REFUND PROCESSING

If your refund request is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
